A UK-registered doctor reviews your consultation. Once approved, your prescription is generated and sent to our pharmacy for dispensing.
Automatic Refund Policy
If our clinicians determine that treatment is not suitable or safe for you, your payment is automatically refunded in full to your original payment method. No admin fees, no stress.
4. Tracked Delivery
Your treatment is dispatched via discreet, cold-chain tracked delivery. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as it leaves the pharmacy.
